Virtual reality generates breathtaking immersions of your future home…
RV virtual reality has come to stay and be part of our everyday life. With modern software for the creation of videogames, such as Unreal or Unity, we generate incredible virtual reality spaces with photo-realistic images, where you can generate the environment and emulate a vision from within the future construction.
The power of new technologies creates virtual experiences, with virtual reality goggles or computer applications. In most cases you need to be connected to a mobile phone, tablet, or computer… specially prepared to change with the use of a controller, the user can, walk around the scene. It also allows you to select from a range of options, any type of material or color, furniture, points of view, turn on and off lights, etc.. Creating an immersive visual content, with all kinds of details and high quality.
This new architectural visualization tool, allows the understanding between interior decorators, architects and their clients. Virtual environments are ideal for presentations. They can be shared through links supported on the web and for any modern browser. The viewer can move freely in the 3D space and examine it in detail. The client will have no doubt about the plans made by the architect or decorator, generating confidence and peace of mind in the professional relationship.
Technology
Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg’s next big plan is for a billion people to experience virtual reality, but in order to do so he first needs to make this technology a much more affordable proposition.
Despite the boost that technology has received from initiatives such as PlaySation VR, Daydream or the Oculus Rift platform itself, virtual reality remains largely unknown to the general public and a somewhat extravagant expense when you consider the scarce content available and the extras that are sometimes needed, such as a powerful PC, advanced mobile phone or state-of-the-art console.
In March 2014, Facebook made headlines in the Oculus acquisition for $2bn. Oculus develops glasses to be used in Virtual Reality, called Oculus Rift. Although there are divided opinions about which glasses work best in virtual reality, much like the old debate between Apple and Android, the Oculus has been slightly easier to use. We have found that in the offices of small real estate agents, for example, the Oculus Rift works much better than the HTC Vive. Facebook recently launched a new pair of glasses, the Oculus Go. When it comes to market next year, the earphones will have a retail sale of $199, which represents a big drop in price, making the technology even more affordable.
