Previous project information

In this section, the project is documented, information is needed:

  • 2D plans of autocad and sections
  • Sketches, photographs of the surroundings, if it is going to be integrated in a real photo, or if you want to see the landscape from the interior.
  • Project materials, although this documentation can be ordered before the texturing phase.
  • How many images you want to make and what type of views (aerial, from the street, interior, 360º images or videos…)
  • Delivery times.

It is not necessary to have the whole project perfectly defined to make an offer.

Once the budget is accepted and after the payment of the provision of funds, the work process begins, which is divided into different Phases. During Phase II, images are sent in low quality and with a watermark, which will be eliminated in the final images and after the final payment.

Once we have the previous documentation, in this pre-production phase, the project is documented, references, planning, preparation and cleaning of files are sought.

Modeling and composition. Once the planning and study of the project is done, we go into production, where the project is developed, we model the architecture, carpentry, details, terrain, vegetation with multiscatter, Forest or similar software, furniture and decoration of own libraries or Evermotion, placement and adjustments of cameras and frames, where possible corrections are made on the images.

Note: If the material delivered by the client, are 3d models, these can vary in hours dedicated to modeling, since the files in 3d autocad, sketchup, 3ds, that are delivered by the client contain the modeled project and can reduce the final cost of up to 40%.

VRay Lighting Outdoor lighting is used VraySun + VRaySky and for interior lighting Flat Lights, always following the hierarchy of main light, secondary light and fill light.

Textures and materials. In this phase of the project, the textures are treated taking into account the memory of the materials provided by the client.

Rendering, lighting and compositing settings. The settings for rendering and selecting the render elements that the project needs for post-production are completed.

Post-production of final images. Once the render is finished, we compose the different render elements such as Global Illumination, lights, reflections, brightness, depth… And the images will be retouched to improve their appearance. Final image quality depends on the use of this later set by the customer. Print quality (4000px on the longest part) and digital 1920 x 1080px.
